JLifer Enterprises LLC — Freight Dispatch Services

What we actually do

Plain terms, no packages or tiers. One service, one fee, and you can end it with two weeks' notice.

Finding loads
We work the load boards daily against your equipment, your lanes, and your home-time schedule. When you're empty, that's our problem to solve, not yours.
Negotiating rates
Every posted rate is an opening offer. We counter using current market data for the lane, and we account for deadhead before saying yes to anything.
Checking the broker
Credit score and days-to-pay before we book, every time. We also watch for double-brokering patterns so your load is actually the load you were told about.
Carrier setup packets
New broker wants your authority letter, COI, W-9 and a signed packet before they'll tender. We fill those out and submit them so you're not doing it at a truck stop.
Rate confirmations
We review every rate con before it's signed — detention terms, lumper policy, appointment windows, accessorial rates. Then we send you the details you need for the run.
Backhaul planning
A strong rate into a dead market isn't a strong load. We look at what's coming out before we commit you to going in.
Paperwork follow-up
Chasing rate cons, confirming appointments, and staying on brokers about documentation. You send the signed POD; we handle the rest of the trail.

What we don't do

Being clear about this protects both of us, and it's how a legitimate dispatch service is supposed to operate.

Authority

We don't hold any. Every load runs under your MC number and your insurance, as the law requires.

Freight

We never take possession of a load or re-broker it. We're not a broker and we don't act like one.

Money

Broker payments go to you or your factoring company. We're never sitting in the middle of your funds.

The fee, in full

Eight percent of linehaul. That's the whole structure.

Charged on
The linehaul rate of each load we book for you.
Never charged on
Fuel surcharge, detention, layover, lumper reimbursement, or any other accessorial. When a rate confirmation itemizes those separately, they're yours in full.
When it's due
After you get paid — not before. Most carriers set it up as a split with their factoring company so it's automatic.
No charge for
Setup, onboarding, broker packets, or loads you turn down. There's no monthly minimum and no sign-up fee.
